ADI has a number exclusions and limitations to the discounts offered by this plan, including the following:

• No dispensing of drugs
• No experimental dental treatment
• No related fees for a hospital stay or outpatient stay during oral surgery.
• No discounts for general anesthesia.
• Discounts do not apply to work begun by a dentist outside the plan.
