Individual Membership: $109.95 per year

Family Membership: $159.95 per year

 

Membership

Once you enroll in the Dent-All Nationwide Program, you will receive your membership information online, including welcome letter, membership cards, discount dental fee schedule and instructions for using the plan. You will also receive information about who to contact should you have questions.

Your membership with the Dent-All Nationwide Program is available immediately, with no waiting period necessary. You can print out your membership card online and begin enjoying the dental savings right away – simply present your card during your dentist visit to receive discounted rates.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Dent-All membership, your membership fee will be refunded.
