The Dental Care Advantage Dental Plan provides discounted services and procedures for over 38,000 participating dentists nationwide. Since this dental plan is not the same as dental insurance, you are responsible for paying the discounted fees directly to your dentist without filling out and submitting claims paperwork. Unlike dental insurance, the Dental Care Advantage Dental Plan does not having a waiting period before you can receive its benefits. Members of the Dental Care Advantage Dental Plan also get vision, chiropractic, and prescription discount benefits.

As a Dental Care Advantage Dental Plan member, you will pay discounted fees of 20% - 55% off of your dentist’s typical fees when you use a participating dentist. Additionally, when you visit a specialist (such as orthodontist, periodontist, oral surgeon, etc.), you receive a discount of up to 20% off of their fees. Plan Information

Dental Care Advantage members must visit a participating dentist to receive the discounted rates. All dentists in the Dental Care Advantage Plan are reviewed and subject to the high standards provided by the National Committee for Quality Assurance, including evaluation of care, staffing, professional liability coverage, malpractice history, and licensing – ensuring you are provided with the best care available.

Family Membership: $159.95 per year
