Plan Information

As a member of the DHA-Access Dental Plan, you must visit a participating dentist to receive the discounted rates. All dentists in the DHA-Access Plan are reviewed and subject to the high standards provided by the National Committee for Quality Assurance, including evaluation of care, staffing, professional liability coverage, malpractice history, and licensing – ensuring you are provided with the best care available.

After you join the DHA-Access Dental Plan, you will receive your online benefits kit, including welcome letter, membership card, discounted fee schedule, and instructions for using the dental plan. You will also be provided with support and contact information should you have any questions.
