Harbor Dental Plan is a regional discounted dental services plan for the State of Texas. The company offers plans for both groups and individuals. The Harbor Dental Plan is designed to allow individuals who do not have dental insurance through their employers to lower their costs for dental care through a membership savings program. Harbor Dental Plan Features

• Monthly payment plans are available, but have a $9.00 a year processing fee.
• Family plans are available.
